Bagel Knife - 11cm - Nogent

This small bread knife is ideal for cutting baguettes, bread and brioche. Less bulky than the classic model, its stainless steel blade with large pointed teeth allows you to slice both stringy bread and country loaves with ease. The handle is made from hornbeam wood, dried for a year in our woodyard. Available in several colours: peacock blue, cherry, beech, wild cherry and olive green.  Made in France!
